Taking market demand as the guide and ability training as the center are the basic requirements of the vocational education talent training model and teaching reform. For higher vocational education, it is necessary to have an accurate positioning of the training goals and employment direction of talents, that is, to have certain theoretical qualities and strong practical hands-on skills, serving the technical skills of production, construction and management. Talent. This requires schools to establish close school-enterprise cooperation with the main enterprises that require talents. Through school-enterprise cooperation, on the one hand, they can meet the needs of school teaching reform, provide students with more internships and practical opportunities, and improve the quality of graduates. Let most students achieve employment; on the other hand, it can also deliver more and better talents that meet the needs of enterprises, and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for schools and enterprises.
